*After your first three months, membership continues at $350/month. Patients requiring the two highest tirzepatide doses (12.5 mg or 15 mg) incur a $200 monthly medication surcharge.

$200/month for your first 3 months

Not every patient needs a GLP-1 medication. This program combines prescription weight loss medications, medical guidance, nutrition coaching, and accountability to help you reach your goals.
