Summer vacation is just around the corner, and if you're anything like me, you're already dreaming of lazy days at the beach, sipping on tropical drinks, and soaking up the sun. But before you pack your bags and head to paradise, why not pamper yourself? Preparing yourself for a long awaited vacation can be a huge part of the relaxation process. When you feel and look your best, you can enjoy your vacation with ease and relaxation. So what is the right treatment for me?
There are so many different treatments in our ever-expanding aesthetic industry, it can be hard to pick what best suits your needs! Can I share with you some of my favorite treatments before a summer vacation?
CoolSculpting
CoolSculpting is a non-surgical procedure that can help reduce unwanted pockets of fat in certain areas of your body, like your stomach, thighs or chin. It works by freezing and destroying fat cells that are then naturally eliminated by your body. I have had three CoolSculpting sessions on my chin by Karley here at Rêvée. I have loved my results and have felt so much more confident looking in the mirror. If you have been feeling self-conscious about stubborn pockets of fat or hesitant to wear certain clothes on vacation, CoolSculpting can help you feel more confident in your skin. It's a great way to eliminate stubborn fat without having to undergo surgery or a long recovery period. So, if you want to feel more confident in your own skin on your summer vacation, consider giving CoolSculpting a try.
HydraFacial
A Hydrafacial is a skincare treatment that can leave you with glowing, healthy-looking skin to shine through that summer vacation. During a hydrafacial, one of our amazing estheticians uses a special machine to deeply clean and hydrate your skin. The machine can remove dead skin cells, unclog pores, and infuse your skin with nourishing serums Here at Rêvée, we like to call this treatment a “car wash” for the skin. While this may not be the most pleasant comparison, it provides credit to how well a HydraFacial can cleanse and rejuvenate the skin in a service that is relaxing enough to nap through as you get a little time off from the packing and planning for your vacation. After the treatment, your skin will feel smooth and fresh, and you will be as glowy as a glazed donut. You can pair this treatment with add-ons such as a dermaplane which uses a surgical blade to gently exfoliate dead skin cells and remove fine facial hair, revealing smoother, brighter skin making makeup apply like butter. Your esthetician may also recommend a sunscreen
for you to pick up at your service to protect your skin while soaking up the sun. My
favorite is the tinted sunscreen from ZO called Smart Tone which provides me sun
protection and light coverage for beach days when I don’t want to wear makeup.
Laser Hair Removal
Don't you just get tired of shaving or waxing? Laser hair removal is an excellent way to get rid of unwanted hair, whether it be on your legs, underarms, bikini, or face in preparation for your summer vacation. Laser hair removal works by targeting the hair follicle with laser energy, which damages the follicle and reduces future hair growth. It is a great tool to reduce the need to shave or wax continuously. In order to have maximum results for your summer vacation, this treatment requires a little planning ahead. Much like other laser treatments, it takes multiple sessions and no sun exposure while completing your sessions with your esthetician. Here at Rêvée, we recommend starting this treatment in the Fall. This allows you to complete all sessions with no sun exposure and time for touch ups before your summer vacation.
In conclusion, CoolSculpting, HydraFacials, and laser hair removal (with some
planning) are excellent treatments to consider before summer vacation. They can help you feel more confident and comfortable in your own skin. With the many benefits that these treatments offer, you'll be able to enjoy your summer vacation with the confidence and self-assurance you deserve. So why not schedule an appointment today and get ready to put your most confident self forward this summer?
