We are all in this together

We are all in this together

Dear valued member of the Rêvée family,

We hope that you and your loved ones are safe and healthy. Your health and well being are our number one priority. For that reason our doors are shut to in office visits. Virginia’s recent shelter in place order means we will be unable to see in office guests until June 11th- but we are still up and running virtually and we are getting many questions. Here are those questions we are hearing, along with our answers.

Q. Can I still have some type of visit for my issue?

A. YES- we are doing virtual visits for skin care!

Q. Can I still get my prescription medication?

A. YES- We can phone in prescriptions to your pharmacy

Q. Can I still get my skin care products?

A. YES- We can have skin care products shipped right to your home with no shipping charges.

Q. Are you doing consultations for brand new guests?

A. YES- We love meeting new people and we can do virtual visits with new guests for skin rejuvenation. As always, our new guest consultations are complimentary!

Q. How do I schedule a virtual visit?

A. Please call us and make an appointment at a time that suits you. You can reach us by phone Mon, Wed: 10am – 6pm, Tue, Thurs: 10am – 7pm, Fri: 10am – 4pm. If you get our voice mail it means we are on the other line- please be sure to leave a message and we will call you back promptly.

Q. Do I need anything special to do a virtual visit?

A. In order to do the virtual visit you will need to download the Zoom app onto your phone or your computer. The Zoom app is completely free. Another alternative for iPhone users is to do it with us via Facetime.

Q. What is the charge for a virtual visit?

A. Our pricing structure is the same as it is for in person visits. We will process all payments via credit card. We can continue on this journey with you!

Q. When will you be open for in office visits?

A. As of now June 11, 2020. This is subject to change based upon our assessment at the time of what is the safest thing to do for our guests and staff alike.

These are challenging times, but together we will pull through. Please stay safe, take care of yourself, take care of your loved ones, and join us in sending our sympathies to those afflicted by the Coronavirus as well as their families and friends.

Please also join us in sending our gratitude and prayers to the brave men and women on the front lines. This includes grocery store workers, gas station attendants and other employees of essential businesses, as well as the technicians, nurses, doctors and administrators at health care facilities around the country and world. Thank you for all you are doing for all of us. Stay in touch.
